As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on holistic treatment, I work with clients to develop personalized care plans aimed at improving their emotional well-being, managing mental health conditions, and fostering long-term recovery. By combining my expertise in psychopharmacology with therapy, I take a comprehensive approach that empowers clients to make informed decisions about their mental health.

I specialize in diagnosing and treating a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, substance use disorders, insomnia and more. I have undergone specific training to treat perinatal mood disorders including postpartum depression and anxiety. I have a history of working with patients experiencing psychosis and a history of working with veterans. 

I believe in fostering a safe and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward mental wellness. Through active listening, a non-judgmental attitude, and tailored interventions, I strive to build trusting relationships and help my clients achieve their goals.
